Soluble fiber has the capability to be absorbed into the body and scrub blood vessels clean of the things that can clog our arteries and veins. Insoluble fiber binds to the toxins that are in our diet. Our body may not absorb many of those toxins but they still can cause harmful effects in the colon, so having a good amount of insoluble fiber in our diets can help us with those toxins.
In short, increasing your dietary fiber intake will reduce your blood pressure. incorporate foods like; Oatmeal, Apples, Whole wheat pasta, Lentils, Chickpeas, Black Beans, Peaches, and other fruits and vegetables.
There’s also a few vegetables and fruit that make up the elite force of blood vessel protection. Beet Roots Arugula Swiss Chard all contain high levels of nitrates which help regulate blood pressure.
Dietary nitrates, expand your blood vessels and make it easier for blood to flow through an for nutrients and oxygen to arrive where its needed. The function of opening up blood vessels, is what leads to decreased blood pressure.
Incorporating more soluble fiber by way of gluten free whole grains and fruit and , eating vegetables high in dietary nitrates will lower your blood pressure.
