Lets Heal The Community.

Im passionate about my mission because its close to home. Ive decided to tackle public health problems such as obesity, diabetes, and heart disease because many members of my family have been diagnosed with these very conditions. I have witnessed my parents experience heart failure and some of my aunts, uncles, and grandparents manage diabetes.

In response to the health challenges my family was facing, I decided to adopt a plant-based diet at the age of 19, aiming to become a pioneer of health for those closest to me. Shortly after, I became a personal trainer to learn how to coach my community on proper movement. As time has progressed, numerous studies have exposed the impactful role of diet and exercise in treating these conditions. My mission was therefore set: to combat the public health crises in our community through a combination of diet and exercise.

Rare Fitness Health Initiative.

We can get healthy. Lets start with the science. Exercise, nutrition and lifestyle changes have been shown to effectively treat Diabetes, Heart Disease, Obesity and other conditions. During my time as a trainer at equinox and new york sports club, I saw how different communities valued personal training. Many of my clients spent thousands to train with me. The problem is, in many of the urban areas of NY the people that need coaching cannot spend the thousands for quality training. Thats where we come in as a company. We are looking to partner with Community Based Organizations to offer our services at no cost to the participants.

What we have done so far.

After partnering with CBO’s like Man up Inc and CAMBA. We started the first 10 week sprint of our initiative on 6/28/25 and it lasted until 9/6/25. We had 10 consistent participants throughout the initiative and we lost 70lbs as a group! The winner of the initiative lost 14lbs in total. The average amount of weight lost per participant was about 7 pounds. We required each participant to do at least 2 workouts with us per week and follow our nutritional guide
