You have A few Questions…

How can i lose weight fast?

Surgery, lol. In all seriousness there is a few different ways to drop pounds fast, most of them are not SAFE or SUSTAINABLE for your body in the long term. The safest way to lose weight and keep it off; is to follow a clear, consistent, workout routine and diet. Let the weight come off naturally over time. For more details get my weight loss guide here.

Do i have to be Vegan in order to be healthy?

No! I was vegan for about 6 years and by my standard, I was healthy. Id attribute it to the fact that i cook often, and ate mostly whole foods. I tried my best to stay away from processed vegan foods and snacks (other than cookies lol) and I felt pretty healthy. What research of the “blue zones” shows is a diet full of nutrient rich, diverse, and unprocessed foods is the best way to go. If you still want to transition into a vegan diet, my guide will help you.

Do I Need To Workout EveryDay?

It depends! Firstly on your mental state, if that’s what YOU feel like you need then go for it. If you have a specific fitness goal in mind (lose 30 pounds in 4 months) then nah you usually don’t. Rest is essential for growth in all aspects of life so incorporate rest into your fitness routine.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO STAY FIT?

Holding yourself accountable! The marathon runner cannot power lift. The aerobics instructor could not stand on stage and pose properly for a few hours without cramping. The Triathlon athlete can't run as fast as a sprinter! Fitness is subjective, so holding yourself accountable to 3-4 workouts of any kind per week is the best way to stay fit! Whats the best “Diet”?

Whichever one allows you to enjoy most of the foods you love, and still be happy AND healthy. When I was vegan I ate a TON of cookies and worked out 5-6 days a week looked great and felt great. That really wouldn't work for most others, trial and error is key to building a good healthy diet. There is no cookie cutter(lol) “best diet”.
